SEN Teacher

Start date : January 2027 (or earlier if available)

At Colindale Primary School, we are looking for an exceptional SEN Teacher to join our team – someone who doesn’t just “support” SEND, but truly champions it.
This is an exciting time to join us. We are actively rethinking and developing our SEND provision across the school, exploring innovative and inclusive approaches that ensure every child gets exactly what they need to succeed. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of that journey.
The successful candidate will work predominantly within Key Stage 2, supporting and teaching pupils with a range of additional needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an excellent practitioner who is passionate about SEND and wants to continue developing their expertise within a forward-thinking and highly inclusive school.

Salary Range: FTE £32,070 – £33,012 Pro rata £25,351 – £26,096
Position: Permanent
Hours: 32.5 hours per week Mon – Fri; Term Time Only (39 weeks)
Start date: ASAP
As someone who is dedicated to ensuring children receive the best attention and assistance possible to enable them to fulfil their potential, you will know how important the role of a Teaching Assistant is.
You will also understand, as we do, the importance of the working relationships you develop with teachers, your peers and colleagues.
